Nature built a temple
With the God within

God lost his identity,
just out of womb
The first cry of Ignorance!
We celebrate as birth

For Karma and Janma to play out...

The search of self begins
First wanting to own

Fear, insecurity and selfishness creep in
Ego foddering it on the go...

The temples survive
Some celebrated, some dilapidated
Some venerated, some vandalised...

The God within awaits...
For self-discovery
But veils of religion, race and caste prevent entry

We revere the veils,
Sever relationships...
not with just the fellow race
But also with the earths grace...

The God within awaits...

Eons go by
In rotation does the Sun, Stars, Moon and Earth,
The soul evolves,
Taking forms from unicellular to multicellular

When all the seeking of the senses retire
The sense of ‘selflessness’ awakes and arises...

All veils torn,
The seeker becomes the sought
The identities merge
Dualities end !

The God within still awaits...
for the rest to merge.
